To ensure privacy and tranquillity, the Marbella Club Golf Resort only offers villas or villa plots with a minimum of 4,000m² (about 1 acre). The buildable area is about 11% of the land area (excluding basements and terraces) and each plot is sold with the infrastructure and services completed.

- Houses can have a maximum of 2 floors plus basement. (8m to eaves).
