The hotel has always been inspired by the Andalusian way of life, which is characterized by a calm and relaxed atmosphere. With this experience, we strive for our guests to connect with the local lifestyle and foster a sense of belonging to the Andalusian community, and consequently, with the hotel. Chef Yahav has elaborated a menu inspired by the traditional Andalusian cuisine, based on tapas, created with seasonal and local products. Chef Padilla adds his Spanish gastronomic touch to the experience, cooking the paella right in front of guests. Nelson Gallo has created cocktails especially for the occasion.
