It finds its inspiration in what would be a day in the countryside enjoying nature. It is a concept of a space where vegetables, fruits and aromatic plants are grown and harvested. An environment in which family and friends enjoy products taken from the same garden and each one contributes to a different dish. The multifunctionality of the material is encouraged, using any utensil that is within our reach and replacing it with an essential element. For example, a wheelbarrow used to transport soil from the field is transformed into an ice bucket.
The Garden experience seeks to transmit the ecological principles of respect for the earth and nature. Chef Yahav has designed a menu inspired by freshly picked seasonal and local produce, while Nelson has created cocktails based on botanical magic, offering homemade cordials using herbs grown in our very own gardens.
