Chiringuitos date back to the large number of fishing families in the Costa del Sol, and from this, the figure of the “espetero” chef was born. The experience pays homage to this special tradition of the espetero, often passed on from generation to generation, our yearning to transmit the historical values of this cuisine, not only of the product but also the origin of its creation.
Chef Yahav has designed a menu inspired by a wide variety of fish available in Marbella and the figure of the “espetero” tradition so dear to Malaga, a centrepiece in the dining experience.
