A six hands lunch with Javier Rivero & Gorka Rico
For this first SustainTable of the year, our Wellness Chef Andrés Ruiz is joined by Javier Rivero and Gorka Rico, the Michelin-starred chefs behind the restaurant Ama in Gipuzkoa, for a six hands menu built around the harvests of Finca Ana María and the best of the season.
A celebration of local organic produce and a cuisine that follows nature’s rhythm.
All proceeds will support Fundación Arboretum, led by our ecologist Alejandro Orioli, dedicated to ecological regeneration and environmental education.
