La Bodega

A show-and-tell tribute to the wines on our list, La Bodega brings together family-owned local wineries and rare, singular bottles, each with something to say. Guests can retreat to the private dining room, opening onto a bijou candlelit patio, or store their favourite vintages in the cherrywood library.

For those keen to delve a little deeper, our sommelier team hosts private sessions pairing five wines with a selection of tapas, along with personal favourites, curious details and a few well-kept secrets from a collection of more than 600 references.
